About me
A little about my life, my experience, training, education and practices.
My name is Oksana Hrechenko
After various attempts at sports, I tried Yoga and realized that dit was for me. At first it was a small group of yogi friends from our town, then various retreats and studies.
My way
By working on our body, we better accept and experience emotions, feel places of tension, get rid of blocks and stiffness in the body more easily, which are a consequence of lifestyle, certain difficult life moments and stresses stuck in the body.
I practiced every morning at sunrise and was energized for the whole working day. It was the only method that kept me away from stress and problems. During the same period, I was a vegetarian, later a vegan, and then a raw vegan for the last three years. All this was realized at the level of sensuality - without violence against oneself, but smoothly in the process of transformation.
My body has always been flexible, but thanks to yoga I developed it even more deeply. Flexibility is our youth. As long as the body is flexible, it is as if in childhood, the sensations of the body are weightless.
Yoga practices
I am the only Grandmaster of Yoga and Meditation in Ukraine. I certify and teach yoga trainers 100 and 200 levels, with an official certificate from Indian Yoga Alliance.
I have always been interested in deep knowledge, greater understanding and awareness in working with the body, mindfulness techniques, body-oriented practices of working with the body. I started training to become a yoga instructor. Having completed training at all the first levels - I did not stop and studied in India with the president of the Indian Yoga Alliance. I studied first at Master Yoga, and then at Grandmaster Yoga & Meditation and received a franchise to open personal schools of Transformation Yoga.
India gave me a lot of awareness, it was an interesting and difficult period of study and life. And it gave me the opportunity to rethink my vision for life.
Free diving
At the same time, I was engaged in free diving - diving to the depths without balloons is a continuation of yoga practices. In yoga, we develop the respiratory system and relax the body - this is what is needed for breath-hold diving.
It is better to do it in the swimming pool is safe and comfortable. Diving and swimming at a shallow depth while holding your breath helps overcome fear, learn to feel lightness in the water, and really feel the relaxation of the whole body and the state of weightlessness for our internal organs.
After training: always a feeling of peace, relaxation and complete weightlessness. This is a great challenge to the higher Self, to one's fears and desires.
Lazy Yoga
Lazy Yoga - this is a deep practice of stretching and working out the body in which I combine the elements of yoga, massage and stretching . I help the client with certain manipulations to relax and stretch the body, get rid of blocks and clamps. This is a very effective result and maximum comfort for the client. Gently and intelligently I remove the tension accumulated in the client's body, I work with the pain and emotions of the past that are stuck in the body.
Thai massage
Certified in Thai Massage and Stretching Thai Massage School. Thai massage is "Yoga Massage ", deep treatment of muscles, energy dots and lines on the body and Yoga elements .
Organic and healthy food
Years of experience in vegetarianism, veganism, raw food, organic and healthy food and understanding extremes and dietary restrictions and to what consequences it leads in life - allow me to be an expert in these matters. On my own experience I will help you to accept and love your body, to live in pleasure in an ecological way.
Psychology
Body and psyche are directly connected. Fear, anxiety, stress settle in the body in the form of painful and tense zones. And if it accumulates for a long period and is not lived, it turns into a chronic form or a disease.
In a difficult period of my life, I faced these problems and went to psychotherapy with a psychologist. I understood that I need to understand myself more deeply, accept life, relationships, my mistakes and the past, and the most important thing is that I need to change my life.
Later, I began to professionally combine work with the body and psyche in bodily practices. I finished trainings, courses, University in psychology. I usually work with the pain, emotions and fear of my clients. With resilience, I accept other people's pain and injuries and we move forward in our work for ease, acceptance and understanding of their own bodies.
