What are the contraindications for yoga classes?  

1. Oncology
2. Blood diseases
3. Pathology of the heart
4. Complex brain injuries
5. Hypertension (stage 2 and above)
6. Mental disorders (epilepsy, schizophrenia)
7. Diseases of the spine, osteoporosis and complex hernias in the spine and in the groin.

Is it difficult to make these complexes? Can I do it if I have no experience, or after injuries, operations, rehabilitation?  

Our main goal is to relax the body and work out in a gentle and non-traumatic way. Accordingly, we do not need complex twists and asanas - we work for health and take care of our body - asanas are careful, a careful approach to each client of any level of training and regarding problems. If you understand work in yoga or swimming - for health, as a relaxation effect - you do not need to injure your body with complex gymnastic tricks. Our work will be with an ecological approach to the body to bring out tension, emotions and stress. Simple asanas with deep breathing and relaxation of the body in the water will bring the desired result.

What is the additional result of these complexes if I go in for sports or work out in the gym?  

It is especially important to understand that professional sports and the gym affect the body from different angles. One side- is strength, possibilities and manifestation of oneself. The other side - is the tightness of the body, work with weight, professional injuries, stress. It is these complexes that give the result - a more flexible and relaxed body, beautifully shaped muscles, especially after the gym, helps to unblock the clamping of the part and injury, this is a rehabilitation course for professional athletes. This helps in achieving the best result and goals, through the sensations of your body.

What result can I expect?  

Improving the condition of muscles, tendons and ligaments, relaxation and flexibility, improving the feeling in the body, improving sleep and mood, improving work capacity and relieving stress, Improvement of the nervous, cardiovascular, respiratory and digestive systems. A feeling of complete relaxation. Healthy Lifestyle. Discovering new possibilities in oneself. Restoration of sensuality and sensations in the body.

What conditions are needed for classes?  

Classes with me are almost universal. They do not require special equipment or facilities.
A cozy and comfortable place - the client chooses - where he will feel comfortable and calm at home. And I provide all the other necessary accessories.

How often should you practice?  

2 workouts a week give the best result. If necessary, you can do it 3 times. The body itself will feel how often it is needed.

Are there age restrictions?  

There are no special age restrictions. The main rule is to do no harm and get the result - a healthy body! Therefore, I work personally with each client according to their needs. I don't work with children. Therefore, +30 is a conscious age for development and awareness of oneself and one's health.

Will the pain in the body go away? Can these complexes be rehabilitation after injuries and operations?  

With each client we will coordinate an individual complex. Pain and disease are the result of not only a physical nature, but also a psycho-emotional one. Careful techniques of working with the body, restoring lightness, a sense of one's capabilities - this is the only way out of problems. Relax and restore sensuality in the body, work out the muscles and breathe deeply - this frees the body from tension, stress and trauma.
