Conditions

I work with you at your home, in a familiar and cozy environment for you, in a place that is comfortable for you.
Or in my studio we can hold sessions.

We will practice on special, exclusively ordered yoga mats with good cushioning. Everything is clean and disinfected. And if you have your own accessories - it's also great.

I will come to you with my equipment. You will need your own comfortable clothes for sessions and swimming clothes.

It is advisable not to eat for two hours before training. And also to switch to the "trust mode" and positively perceive our work - this will give the best result.

Rules

The work will take place according to certain rules, with which the client will be familiarized before the start of session. This is necessary to get the best results.

Understanding your needs

Regarding the needs and problems of the client, I will build the work so that there are tangible results in relaxing the body, releasing stress and tension.

You will feel the result after the first session - more lightness and better flexibility, the energy is activated, which fills the body with life, relieves pain. For the tension relief in the body, approximately 2-3 sessions are needed.

All this works in a holistic approach: through Yoga & Lazy Yoga, we activate the body, ecologically develop muscles, ligaments and tendons, improve balance and flexibility, and energy flows throughout the body.

Lazy Yoga

Lazy Yoga , where I help gently and safely stretch the body. This is an extremely effective method in the complex - it gives an excellent result. Lightness appears in the body, accumulated tension disappears, pains disappear and new opportunities your body open up. Only the client does not make any affort as in yoga.

Thai massage

Yoga massage- the body is freed from pain and tension, spasmed parts of the body and muscles are relaxed. Specially you get flexibility and lightness in a more passive way, relax and feel your body completely healthy.

Life & Health coaching

Life coach - a guide to a healthy lifestyle and relationship with your body. Food is our fuel - so you need to choose what to fill your body with, which benefits and gives energy. I will teach you to appreciate your body with healthy way, to replenish the energy , positive emotions and, accordingly, ease - it will thank you with longevity and health.

Swimming

Water relaxation techniques and diving - strengthens the cardiovascular, respiratory and nervous systems, hardens our body. This is a very effective method to release your body from heaviness and tension, relax and feel yourself in a comfortable environment - in water, where it is light and weightless. After 30 minutes of swimming, a person relaxes, is filled with energy and pleasure, the body becomes light and more flexible. And the most important thing is that he gains an athletic and healthy form, his breathing and heart rate stabilize. The whole body goes into a mode of rest and pleasure. And this is the best result.
